Understanding Your Pending Survey Payments
After completing a survey, your study will be listed in the "Transaction History" tab with a 'pending' status. Once we have reviewed your response, your reward will be quickly added to your balance.
We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of the timelines for your 'pending' survey payments. Here are some key points to keep in mind:
General Timelines
- 24-Hour Processing: In 90% of cases, we strive to clear your pending payments within 24 hours.
- Weekend Surveys: Surveys taken during the weekend will typically have their payouts released on Monday.
- High-Payout Missions: For high-payout missions, this timeline may extend to up to 5 business days.
- Video/Photo Submissions: If your survey required video recordings or photo uploads, the review process may also take up to 5 business days.
- Diary Surveys: The process for Diary surveys is different from regular surveys. Typically, we will send a Payout Survey once we have reviewed your answers. Timelines for these diary surveys are set for each diary individually and usually noted in the Diary instruction or close-up text.
Extended Timelines
- Beyond 5 Business Days: If your pending payment exceeds 5 business days, please reach out to our support team for more information or assistance with releasing the payment.
Reasons for Rejected Payments
- Rejection Notice: If the status of your pending payment changes to 'rejected,' it means that your survey response did not meet the survey requirements. Common reasons for rejection include:
- Poor text responses
- Blurred or inconsistent pictures
- Muted video recordings
- Responses flagged during quality-check questions
