After completing the survey, just keep in mind that it may take a little while to review your response. So, you will see your study listed in the "Transaction History" tab with a "Pending" status.
We want to make sure we give our clients the best answers possible, so we take our time to review each survey response carefully. Just a heads up, this process is done by hand, so it might take a few days for payments to go through. Usually, it only takes three to five business days, but if we get a lot of responses, it could take a bit longer.
After we finish going through the survey answers, we'll quickly add your reward to your balance. So that you know, how we handle Diary surveys is slightly different from how we do regular surveys. Usually, we'll send you a Payout Survey once we've looked over your answers.
