After you've completed the survey, it might take a little time to receive an update from us. You'll notice that it's in the "Pending status" section of your Transaction History tab within the "Earned" dashboard. This simply means that our support team is taking a careful look at all survey responses. Within a few days, your survey submission will be either approved or might be rejected.
What are the main reasons why surveys get rejected?
- One reason is submitting an incorrect answer to a quality-checkpoint question. These questions are designed to ensure that all respondents pay close attention and provide thoughtful responses. Answering these questions incorrectly will lead to rejection.
- Another reason is submitting gibberish, unrelated, or inappropriate text responses. This includes copying and pasting from the internet, using profanity, and using derogatory terms.
- Uploading pictures outside of the question's scope, such as blurry or fake images, or inappropriate photos, and uploading videos that are unclear or inappropriate, muted videos, or that do not show the face (if required by survey instructions) or are shorter than the minimum required length, can also lead to rejection.
- Speeding through the survey, which occurs when the total survey submission time falls three times below the overall standard, and flatlining, which occurs when respondents rush through the survey and click on the same response every time, are also reasons for rejection.
We understand that mistakes can happen while answering our questions, and we want to make sure that you receive the incentives you deserve. However, we can only provide incentives when all answers are completed with care and meet the required standards.
If your response has been rejected and you feel it was unfair, please know that we are here to help. Our Support team is available to review your response and make things right if necessary. You can easily reach us through the "Support" section in your Profile tab or by emailing us at support@surveysonthego.net. We value your effort and want to ensure that you feel supported throughout the process.
