Many survey companies give rewards to those who complete their surveys, but only if they meet the criteria and finish the whole survey. Unfortunately, if you don't qualify, you may not receive any compensation. However, we value our customers, and your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer some compensation for disqualified surveys and incentives for completed ones.
Yet, we know that sometimes it can be frustrating when you're unable to finish a survey. Here are a few reasons why that might happen:
- Demographic criteria. Some surveys are designed to gather information from specific groups of people based on factors such as age, gender, or income. If you don't fit into the target demographic for a particular survey, you may not be able to participate.
- Geographic location. Some surveys may only be accessible to individuals situated in particular regions or countries. If you happen to be outside the designated area, you might not be qualified to participate in the survey.
- Prior participation. Sometimes, you may not be able to participate in a survey if you have already taken a similar one or belong to a research group that doesn't allow multiple survey submissions.

Disqualification due to quota closing. It occurs when a survey reaches its desired number of responses from a specific demographic group. As a result, further respondents from that group are no longer needed. For instance, if a survey wants 500 responses from people aged 18-24, once that number is reached, others in that age group may not be able to take part.
- Two-times disqualification. This occasionally happens because some surveys are designed with two-step qualification phases. The first would ask for your general demographic (age, gender, etc.), while the second would dig deeper into other information related to the survey.
For example, sometimes, we may need responses from participants of your age group (that's why we say you did qualify in the first stage). Still, moving forward, we see that the quota for respondents of your age group who love watching romantic TV shows is already filled, and we are looking for the ones who love comedies, and that's when we say that you do not qualify for the survey.
We understand that it can be frustrating to be disqualified from a survey, but we want you to know that it won't have any negative impact on your account. Surveys have specific criteria that we can't determine until we ask, such as knowledge of a particular product or having a particular experience. However, please don't worry as you may qualify for future surveys. Our hope is that you'll remain eligible for many more opportunities!
