Redeeming Your Surveys Balance: A Step-by-Step Guide
When you hit $10 in your account, you can choose to cash out or keep accumulating earnings up to a maximum of $1,000. We recommend cashing out when you're close to this amount to ensure you don't lose your earnings.
Important Points to Note
1. Account Inactivity:
- If you don't log in for a year, your earnings may expire. However, if that happens, contact our support team, and we can restore your balance at any time.
2. High-Value Cashouts:
- For cashout requests over $150, please note that it may take up to 1 business day to process since these payments are manually approved to keep your account safe. If your balance hasn't been cashed out within this timeframe, please reach out to Support for additional information or assistance.
3. Cashout Frequency:
- You can only cash out once every 7 days due to our safety measures. Also, having a second Surveys account, which is against our Terms of Use & Privacy Policy might block your cashout. If you encounter this issue, contact Support for a quick resolution.
4. Reward Changes:
- Once a withdrawal request is confirmed, you cannot change the type of reward you’ve chosen.
How to Redeem Your Balance
When you're ready to cash out, you can choose from several redemption options: Amazon, Starbucks, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, and Charity. Follow these steps to redeem your balance:
1. Update Payout Information:
- Ensure your Payout Information is up to date in your Profile tab. Fill out all requested fields, including your payout email and contact details, for a smooth transaction.
2. Select Your Reward:
- Head to the "EARNED" tab and select your desired reward.
3. Bonus for Amazon and Visa Rewards:
- We’ll add an extra 2% bonus if you choose an Amazon or Visa reward. For example, if your balance is $10.50, you’ll actually receive $10.71.
4. Confirmation Email:
- Once confirmed, a confirmation email will be delivered to your Surveys On The Go email.
