General Information

Upon redemption, a Virtual Prepaid Visa Card with a 16-digit number will be sent to your payout email address. This type of card is designed only for online use and can be used in the US only where prepaid cards are accepted. However, it cannot be used with PayPal or similar services that transfer funds between accounts. Redeeming through Visa

To redeem your balance through Visa, select the 'Redeem now' option on the payment methods screen, which can be found in your Earned tab. If it is your first time redeeming through Visa, you will be prompted to update your Payout Info. The only required field for Visa rewards is the payout email, which will be pre-filled with your login email. However, you can change it to any email you prefer to receive your Virtual Visa Card. 

If you change your payout email, the system will ask you to verify the new email.

Once you have verified your payout email, return to the Earned tab and select 'VISA'. You will then receive a confirmation email containing your Visa payment. Continue to the payout process to receive your money. You will receive an email from Surveys On The Go with your Visa Rewards Gift Card/

To unlock your Visa Card:

1. Go to MyPrepaidCenter.com/redeem and enter the unique Code from the email. 
2. Hit 'Redeem Code'.
3. Select either a virtual or physical prepaid card. Note: There's a $3.00 shipping and processing fee that is deducted from your card's balance when a reward is redeemed for a physical prepaid card.
4. Provide your name, address, email, and phone number and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Note that your address will also be used for verification purposes when you use it online and can be edited by clicking on the original redemption link you received via email.
5. Your card details will appear on the screen or a confirmation of your physical card order will be emailed to you.
6. You are all set. Remember that you have a six-month window to redeem your reward. Once you have received your card information, you can easily check your card's expiration date by visiting MyPrepaidCenter.com.
