Are you familiar with Digital Surveys?
Surveys On The Go can collect digital data about your online activities outside of the app. But don't worry, we'll only do this with your permission! It helps us give you paid surveys that are perfect for you and your app and web usage. Plus, it also makes you eligible for our Payday program, where you can earn some extra cash just by sharing your data. Rest assured that any information you provide will be completely confidential and anonymous, and we'll only use it for market research purposes.

Remember, taking part in Digital Surveys is completely voluntary, and you have to agree to it. But if you change your mind at any point, just turn off Digital Surveys in the Surveys app.
Enabling Digital Surveys
To get to your digital data, Android users will need to grant accessibility permissions, while iOS users should install a Virtual Private Network tool.
Samsung
- Go to your Profile Page, locate the Digital Surveys icon, and tap the toggle bar.
- Tap "Accessibility."
- Tap "Agree."
- Choose "Installed Apps."
- Tap on "Surveys."
- Turn the toggle bar ON.
- Tap "Allow."
- Please double-check your Profile Page, Digital Surveys should be all set.
Android
- Go to your Profile page, locate the Digital Surveys icon, and tap the toggle bar.
- Select "Count Me In."
- Tap on the "Accessibility."
- Tap on "Surveys."
- Tap on the toggle bar right next to the "Use service."
- Tap "Allow."
- Now you're good to go, tap on "Get started."
iOS
- Visit your Profile page, find the Digital Surveys icon, and slide the toggle bar.
- Tap "Next" to grant your device permission to share your digital data.
- Confirm you've read the Privacy Policy by tapping "Allow."
- For VPN configurations, tap "Allow" once more.
- Here's how it works: When you enable Digital Surveys, a VPN is utilized to gather information about your app and web usage. The crucial point to emphasize is that this process takes place on a secure VPN located within your device. This means your data is kept private and secure, with no external exposure.
- Moreover, we only collect and package the data necessary for reporting your website and app visits. Your personal information remains safeguarded, and we adhere to stringent privacy standards.
- It's important to highlight that participation in our programs is entirely optional, and you have the freedom to disable Digital Surveys and the VPN at any time. If you'd like to delve into the specifics, we encourage you to read this article or review the "Terms of Use & Privacy Policy" in your Profile tab under the "Privacy Center" section.
- Enter your iPhone's personal passcode (the one used to unlock your mobile device).
- Finally, tap "Ok."
- Please review your Profile Page to ensure that Digital Surveys is properly configured and ready to go.
