Many of our studies require participants to take photos or screen recordings. To ensure a smooth experience without any interruptions, please verify that your Camera settings are enabled before starting these surveys.
For detailed guidance on enabling your camera, please follow the steps below.
If you're an iOS user
Go to your Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera > Check if the Surveys toggle is enabled.
If you're an Android user
Go to your Settings > Apps > locate Surveys > tap on the icon > Permissions > Camera > Allow only while using the app.
