2. Your Privacy Comes First 🔒
We only collect limited, anonymous email activity related to purchase receipts.
When you link Gmail, our system only scans for eligible purchase receipts needed to support research and confirm participation in receipt-based surveys.

❌ We do not access attachments, contacts, or private content
❌ We do not send emails on your behalf
❌ We do not store your full inbox content
✅ The connection uses secure, read-only access
✅ All data is anonymized and used for marketing research purposes only
You can remove access at any time from your account settings.
Linking Gmail is completely optional - but it allows us to offer receipt-based surveys and rewards that wouldn’t otherwise be available.

3. How You Earn 💰
1. One-Time Bonus
You’ll receive a one-time reward when you first connect your Gmail account.
2. Monthly Bonus
To earn your monthly reward:
- Keep your Gmail account linked
- Receive at least 10 qualifying receipts in your Gmail inbox within the same month
What counts as a receipt?
- Order confirmation emails
- Emails that include a receipt or proof of purchase (attachment or embedded details)
Note:
- Only new receipts received during the current calendar month count
- You need at least 10 receipts per month to qualify

4. When Do You Get Paid? 📅
Monthly rewards are paid on the 1st day of the following month
Example:
Activity in March → Paid on April 1st

5. Receipt Count & Sync Timing 🔄
Your Gmail activity may not update instantly.
- It can take time for receipts to sync
- Your receipt count may appear lower during the month
👉 We recommend checking your progress closer to the end of the month, once the system has fully updated.
As long as you continue receiving qualifying receipts, your activity will be captured automatically.

- Your session expired
- You changed your Amazon password

- Uninstall and reinstall the Surveys On The Go app (your balance will not be affected)
- Log out of your Gmail account
- Log back in
- Go to:
Surveys On The Go → Home → Link & Earn → Gmail - Tap Relink and follow the prompts
