3. How You Earn 💰
1. One-Time Bonus. You’ll receive a one-time reward when you first connect your ChatGPT account.
2. Monthly Bonus. To earn your monthly reward:

- Only new chats count toward your total
- Messages added to existing chats do not count

- Example: Activity in March → Paid on April 1st

5. Chat Count & Sync Timing 🔄
Your chat activity may not update instantly.
- The system may take time to sync your activity
- Your chat count might appear lower during the month
👉 We recommend checking your progress closer to the end of the month for the most accurate count.
As long as you continue creating new chats, your activity will be captured automatically.

6. Troubleshooting: Relink Issues 🔧
If you see a “Relink” prompt, it may mean:
- Your session expired
- You changed your ChatGPT password
Try these steps:
- Uninstall and reinstall the Surveys On The Go app (your balance will not be affected)
- Open ChatGPT
- Log out
- Log back in
- Go to:
Surveys On The Go → Home → Link & Earn → ChatGPT - Tap Relink and follow the prompts
