To log in, you are more than welcome to use your Surveys email credentials, Apple sign-in, or other biometric options. Rest assured, your balances and survey history won't be affected.
If you encounter Facebook login errors, please follow the steps:
1. Unable to sign in while you are logged out of Surveys app
- Click on “Reset Password” option, and proceed with your Surveys app email.
- If you forgot your Surveys app email, please reach us at support@surveysonthego.net.
- Delete and reinstall the SOTG app (your balance stays safe!).
- Use the “Reset Password” option with your Surveys account email.
- Contact Support at support@surveysonthego.net.
- For validation proposes, provide account details such as your first/last name, date of birth, approximate balance, device platform, and the approximate date of your Surveys account creation, and our Support team will help to recover your account.
