If you encounter the error message "Apple login failed. Please sign in again" when opening the app, you may experience the following issues: the Surveys tab will be blank, you will not be able to access the "Earned" tab, and you will not be able to log out.
To resolve this, we suggest uninstalling and reinstalling Surveys On The Go. Additionally, make sure to update your phone's operating system to the latest version and then update the Surveys app. You can find the app on the AppStore.
