The "Do Not Sell My Data" option under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) allows individuals to exercise control over their personal information. This option enables you to opt out of having your personal data sold to third-party companies.
Once you select this option, we are obligated by law to comply with your request and cease selling your personal information. This means that we cannot use your data for advertising, marketing, or any other purposes without your explicit consent.
What happens with your Surveys account when you request “Do Not Sell My Data”?
- Your Surveys account will remain
- Your data will not be shared or sold
- Your responses to past surveys will remain
- You will no longer receive location-based, personal info-related, and Digital Surveys
- You will no longer participate in Payday
- Once you initiate opt-out, the functionality to opt back in will not be available
How to request "Do Not Sell My Data"?
Please make sure your Surveys On The Go app is up-to-date > locate the "Privacy Center" section on your Profile page > submit your request through the "Do Not Sell My Info" tab.
Your request will be processed within 15 days, and you will receive a confirmation email from support@surveysonthego.net.
