Accessing Data

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), individuals can access the personal information businesses collect about them. This is known as the "Access My Data" option.

If you would like to do this, you can submit a request in your Surveys app asking for a copy of the personal information we have collected about you. 

Data we collect

The categories of information that may have been sold or disclosed are as follows:

Category 1. Personal information

Category 2. Device information

Category 3. Geographic location (if you participated in our location surveys)

Category 4. Digital survey information (if you participated in our TrackCashWeekly Program, Payday or Digital Surveys)

Category 5. Personal information from third parties

Accessing your data

To receive a copy of your data, please locate the "Privacy Center" section on your Profile page and submit your request through the "Access My Data" tab.

You will receive the information about your data from [e-mail] at the email address associated with your Surveys On The Go account within 45 days.
