Product Testing involves participants testing unreleased products to answer business questions about their formulation and packaging.
Product Testing consists of 2 or 3 phases. The first phase, usually called "Invite", helps us ensure that we are talking to a representative group. The second phase is the "Follow-Up" survey, where you will be asked to provide feedback about the product.

Great! You have qualified for the upcoming Product Testing opportunity! Still, note that these Product Evaluation opportunities are limited; however, by taking part in the "Invite" survey, you may have the chance to try out the product.

When should you expect the product to arrive?
Once chosen, you should expect to receive the product usually within 1-2 weeks. After 3-4 weeks, you will receive a follow-up survey.

Didn't receive the product?
We understand that it can be disappointing if not everyone gets the chance to test the product during the survey period. Please keep in mind that there is a set number of responses needed. Also, we kindly suggest double-checking the mailing address you provide during the "Invite" phase to avoid any delivery issues due to typos.

You got the product delivered to you. What's next?
When you receive the product, make sure to keep the detailed instructions that come with it, as well as the product code (if one is provided). These might be helpful if you need to fill out any "Follow-Up" surveys or if you need guidance on how to use the product and for how long. Once the next phase of the study is activated, we will promptly send it to your account and notify you through a push message.
