Need to verify your login email? No worries, it's super easy! Just head to your Profile tab and click on the "Email" section at the top. In the pop-up window, select "Send verification email." You'll receive a verification link to your current login email address. Just click on it to confirm, and you're all set!
You'll get an email from Surveys On The Go called "SOTG Email Verification." If you don't see it in your inbox, check your Spam folder just in case. If it's in there, mark it as "not spam" and try to verify your email again. Look for the "Verify Email Address" link in the email and click on it. When a pop-up window comes up, select "Default browser app" so that the Surveys app opens up smoothly. If you do all of that, your email will be successfully verified!
If your login email is still unverified in your Profile tab, try logging out and logging back into the app to refresh the data in your account.
