To get your rewards, head over to the Profile tab and look for the Payout Information section. Make sure to fill it out so we know where to send your rewards! Once you've chosen your payout method, we'll send your rewards to your verified login email. If you go for Amazon, Visa, Starbucks, or Charity, they'll be sent to the same email address. Check out the screenshot below to see where to find this section.
To receive payouts through PayPal or Venmo, you must fill out the "Payout Information" section with your first and last name, date of birth, payout email (associated with your PayPal account), phone number (linked to your Venmo account), and address details, including city, state code, and zip code.
To update your Payout Information, you will need to verify the changes. Within 60 seconds, a verification code will be sent to your verified login email address (not the payout one). Therefore, please ensure that you verify your login email first before making the payout request.
