I already linked, why am I being prompted to re-link my account?
Re-linking is sometimes required to keep your connection secure and active. If the secure connection to a merchant expires or is interrupted, you’ll need to re-link to continue earning.

You may need to re-link if:
- You changed your merchant password
- The merchant updated security settings
- Your secure connection expired
- You logged out of the merchant on another device

Do app or phone updates affect re-linking?
Usually no. Updating your phone or apps does not require re-linking unless the merchant’s connection needs to be refreshed.

What happens if I don’t re-link?
Earnings for that merchant will pause and you will miss out on monthly rewards until the account is reconnected.
