1. Enter Bonus Gigs
Go to the Surveys tab and tap on "Earn Cash with Bonus Gigs".
2. Open the Menu
Tap on the hamburger menu in the upper-left corner.
3. Go to "Reward Status"
Tap on "Reward Status" to see all of your started/ in progress/ completed gigs by status.
4. Select the Gig You'd Like to Inquire About
Select a specific gig and tap to view gig details.
5. Contact Support
Tap on "Contact Support" to initiate a support request.
6. Choose the Issue Type
You'll be prompted to select an issue type, and describe your request in detail.
You’ll also need to provide an email address where our partner survey team will respond. Be on the lookout for a follow-up email from Offerwall Support.
To reply with additional details regarding your case, simply hit "Reply" to the Offerwall email tab. This will retrieve your original chat for easier follow-up.
