What is Surveys On The Go®?
Surveys On The Go® is a mobile market research tool that pays users for their opinions about various topics and issues. You can opt in to categories such as business, politics, entertainment, news, sports, media and technology.

Completing surveys is fun, informative and most importantly, it pays! Your opinion is important to us and we know your time is valuable so we want to pay you for including our application in your everyday routine.

How do I download the application?
Surveys On The Go® is currently available for the iPhone and iPad via the App Store, and Android users via Google Play.

How does it work?
After you download the application and sign up, you'll want to complete the demographic surveys that are available. To become eligible for the most surveys, complete the demographic surveys located in the “Surveys” tab. You can continue filling these out at any time, but the more information you provide about yourself, the more surveys you can qualify for.

How often do you send out surveys?
We typically send out one to two new surveys per week. Please make sure that your application is always up to date, as we roll out new survey features which older applications may not be compatible with. On iOS devices, make sure that your notifications are enabled for our application. Android notifications are on by default.

How do I complete the surveys?
New surveys are found in the “Surveys” tab at the bottom of your screen. When a survey becomes available, be sure to take it as soon as possible. A survey will close once quotas have been met.

Can I stop the survey?
If you receive a phone call or switch to another application while taking a survey, you will have 15 minutes to come back and finish it. After 15 minutes you will have to restart the survey. Many surveys have a deadline so make sure to take them as soon as possible.

Can I change my survey responses after submission?
Once you submit a survey, you won't be able to alter your responses. This is super important to maintain the research data's integrity. We suggest that you review your answers before submitting a survey to ensure accuracy.

How long does it take to complete a survey?
The length of our surveys can vary depending on how many questions there are and how complicated the topic is. Generally, our surveys take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to finish, but some might be shorter or longer.

What if I encounter technical issues during a survey?
If you ever face any technical difficulties during a survey, don't stress! Here are a few things you can try: make sure you have a stable internet connection and meet the minimum device requirements. If the problem persists, you can always contact our support team with details of the problem, and we'll be sure to help you out as soon as possible.

Why is my survey payment pending?
Your payment is pending because your submission is being reviewed for quality. This review process typically takes 3-5 business days after you've completed the survey. If you have any questions regarding a pending payment, please contact support@surveysonthego.net

Why was my survey payment rejected?
Payments are rejected for survey submissions that do not follow the survey's instructions and/or provide inaccurate, false, incomplete responses. A few examples of reasons for rejection are below:
- Invalid/extremely vague short-answer responses
- Unclear/inaudible media (image/audio/video) submissions
- Use of profanity
- Not following instructions

How do I cash out my rewards?
You can cash out when your account reaches a minimum of US $10.00. Cashouts may be made one time every 7 days. Requested payments may be processed using PayPal, Venmo, Amazon, Visa, Starbucks or Charity.

Companies use this information for research purposes only. Individual responses remain anonymous & confidential.

Will my responses be kept confidential?
Absolutely! At our company, we take your privacy very seriously. Your answers to our surveys are kept strictly confidential and are used only for research purposes. We'll never share your personal information with anyone else without your permission.

Can I remove support tickets?
Unfortunately, once a support ticket has been submitted, it cannot be deleted from the app. But if you have any more information or questions about a particular support ticket, just reply to it or contact our support team for more help.

I want to delete my account.
If you want to delete your account, please visit the Privacy Center in the Profile tab.

Do you have a referral system?
The "Tell a friend" feature is located in the "Profile" screen of the SOTG app, but please pay attention that this is currently not a rewards program. However, we will be happy to encourage you with a bonus if you provide our support team with your referrals' email addresses.
