To check if you are enrolled in the Payday program, please navigate to the Payday tab on your app. Here are the different statuses you may see while participating in the program.
On Track
If you keep your "Location Services" and "Digital Surveys" enabled at all times, you will remain "On Track." The system will notify you when the next Payday payment is due. If you stay on track for several weeks in a row, you will start earning membership badges. Additionally, the longer you stay on track, the more surveys and personalized experiences you will receive.
On Hold
If your "Location Services" and/or "Digital Surveys" are disabled, you will not receive your Payday payment unless you enable one of the features within seven days. Just hit the tabs highlighted in red and follow the guided process to enable them back. Please note that the system may take some time to change the status from "On Hold" to "On Track" and display it in the Payday tab.
No Longer Enrolled
If both "Location Services" and "Digital Surveys" remain disabled for seven days, you will be automatically opted out of Payday. If you want to re-join the program just hit "Enroll" and follow the steps to turn your digital and location setting back ON.
Processing
Once you've shared your location and digital data with us for a whole week, we'll reward you with a weekly Payday payment directly to your balance. We'll send you a push notification and an inbox notification to let you know when you've received the payment.
While we process your payment, you'll see a "Processing" status in your Payday tab. Rest assured that the payment will be added to your balance within 24-48 hours. Once the processing is complete, you'll be able to see the next Payday payment date in the tab.
Understanding the 'Re-Toggle' Process in Surveys On The Go
If there's a situation where we don't receive your digital or location data, you may receive an in-app notification requesting you to 're-toggle' either the Digital Surveys or Location Services buttons.
'Re-Toggle' refers to the process of turning off and then turning on either the Digital Surveys or Location Services buttons in your Surveys app under the Profile tab.
'Re-Toggling' helps refresh the connection and ensures that your app is correctly configured to provide the necessary data for Payday payments.
How to 'Re-Toggle':
- Open the Surveys On The Go® app.
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Locate either the Digital Surveys or Location Services buttons.
- Toggle the button off and then toggle it back on.
